Its a very simple swop. You dont need to change any springs or barrels just drop it into the XL grip module. There are many videos on youtube on how to change the module. Tried with snap caps loaded in 12 rd. mag and no go. Only put 1 in and still will not go into battery. Since SIG uses a combat hold zero for the iron sights, you can't get a full co-witness with the 407K/507K/EPS Carry on the 365 with the stock iron sights. You can barely see the top of the irons with the 407k/507k and manage a center hold zero. I carry strong side IWB and the P365 with the flat base magazine is much easier to conceal than the P365 XL because of the height differential. The P365 is also more convenient to carry because the shorter slide and the 10 versus 12 round magazine make the gun lighter.Buy a standard P365, and the SAS slide. This lets you try the sights without committing to the gun, should you not like them. As with Paul' above ^^^, it's a whole lot simpler to buy or sell the slide than a whole gun. On others, only when it's charged. 2) Sig made some changes to the FCU couple of years back and new models apparently only allow the MS lever to be engaged only when gun is charged.For this reason on my P365, I swapped out my sig Xrays for trijicon HDs - so the sight alignment /picture and technique is the same across all of my pistols (glock, HK among a few others).
